This piece is the first in the series celebrating the Rockettes' 75th Anniversary Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall in December 2007. The opening number with its shiny ornaments, and the patriotic colors bring together ideas of Christmas and America. Repeated images convey the engaging, whelming choreography. Israeli stamps of reds and blues are found throughout and add texture to the piece.
